Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in Philippine Peso (PHP), unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, discounts, and fees may change without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
Customers are responsible for all charges associated with their order, including product price, delivery fees, and other applicable charges shown at checkout.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are subject to TrueMed Pharmacy’s Shipping Policy, delivery area coverage, logistics availability, and successful order verification.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by payment confirmation, prescription validation, product availability, courier operations, weather, traffic, holidays, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by TrueMed Pharmacy’s Return and Refund Policy.
