PhilHealth GAMOT Guide

TrueMed Pharmacy is an accredited PhilHealth GAMOT botika. This guide answers the questions people actually ask us at the counter — what the benefit is, how claiming works, and which medicines we stock.

TrueMed is a private accredited pharmacy, not PhilHealth. We cannot access your PhilHealth account, approve eligibility, or process member logins. Eligibility and coverage are determined by PhilHealth — always confirm with them directly.

Medicines we stock

Our catalogue is organised by drug class. These are the medicines TrueMed carries — not the official PhilHealth formulary, which PhilHealth publishes.

Questions about stock, accreditation, or claiming are best answered directly — contact TrueMed.

How claiming works

Under PhilHealth Circular PC2025-0013:

  • Your GAMOT prescription is valid for 90 days from the date of prescription, then it is automatically cancelled in the GAMOT App.
  • You can collect partially — any undispensed medicines stay claimable at any GAMOT Facility until the full quantity is dispensed, within those 90 days. Antibiotics are the exception and must be dispensed in full.
  • Without the physical slip, you can present the UPSC plus any government-issued ID.
  • Someone can collect on your behalf with an authorisation letter, the UPSC, and IDs for both of you.

More detail: the prescription code and 90-day rule explained.
