PhilHealth GAMOT and YAKAP Login: Where to Go
If you searched for a PhilHealth GAMOT or YAKAP login, you are almost certainly looking for PhilHealth’s own member portal — not for us. Here is where to go, and what we can and cannot do.
TrueMed is not PhilHealth. We are a private, GAMOT-accredited botika. We cannot log you in, access your PhilHealth account, reset a password, or decide whether you are eligible.

What people usually actually need
In our experience at the counter, people searching “GAMOT login” are usually trying to do one of three things:
- Check if they are enrolled or eligible — that is PhilHealth’s side. Start at philhealth.gov.ph/yakap.

Why “YAKAP login” and “GAMOT login” return the same thing
YAKAP is PhilHealth’s Yaman ng Kalusugan Program. GAMOT — Guaranteed and Accessible Medications for Outpatient Treatment — is the medicine benefit inside YAKAP. They are not two separate accounts. One PhilHealth membership covers both, which is why the two words get used interchangeably in searches.
Where TrueMed fits, once you have a prescription
You consult at your YAKAP clinic, the clinic issues your prescription, and the medicines are dispensed by a GAMOT-accredited facility. TrueMed is one — FDA-accredited and PhilHealth GAMOT-accredited.
