Shipping & Delivery
TrueMed Pharmacy offers delivery services for customers within supported delivery areas. Delivery availability, fees, and timelines may vary depending on the delivery address, product availability, payment confirmation, prescription validation where applicable, and courier or logistics operations.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before the customer confirms the order. Fees may vary depending on the delivery location, package size or weight, courier rates, promotions, and order value.
TrueMed Pharmacy may offer free delivery or discounted delivery promotions from time to time. Any such promotion will be subject to the terms displayed on the website or at checkout.
Delivery Areas
TrueMed Pharmacy currently delivers to selected areas in the Philippines. Orders may only be accepted and processed for addresses within our supported delivery coverage.
If your address is outside our delivery coverage or cannot be served by our logistics partners, we may contact you to arrange an alternative solution or cancel the order and process any applicable refund.
Delivery Time Frame
We aim to deliver orders within the estimated time frame shown at checkout or communicated by our customer service team.
General estimated delivery timelines may include:
- Metro Manila: approximately 1–3 working days after order confirmation;
- Luzon: approximately 3–8 working days after order confirmation;
- Visayas: approximately 8–10 working days after order confirmation;
- Mindanao: approximately 10–12 working days after order confirmation.
These timelines are estimates only and may change due to product availability, payment confirmation, prescription validation, courier schedules, weather, traffic, holidays, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Processing
Orders are processed only after payment confirmation, order verification, and prescription validation where required.
Orders placed outside business hours, during weekends, or on holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Bulk orders, regulated items, prescription items, or orders requiring additional verification may take longer to process.
Prescription and Regulated Items
Certain medicines or health products may require a valid prescription or additional verification before dispatch. TrueMed Pharmacy reserves the right to delay, refuse, cancel, or limit orders if the required prescription or verification is not provided or cannot be validated.
Delivery Acceptance
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address. The recipient may be asked to confirm receipt and provide identification where required, especially for prescription or regulated items.
If no one is available to receive the order, if the recipient cannot be contacted, or if the delivery address is incomplete, inaccurate, or inaccessible, delivery may fail and additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
Changes to the delivery address may not be possible once the order has been verified, packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier.
TrueMed Pharmacy will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or inaccessible delivery information provided by the customer.
Delays and Failed Delivery
TrueMed Pharmacy will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated time frame but will not be liable for delays caused by courier issues, incorrect address details, weather, traffic, transportation disruptions, holidays, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, refusal to receive, incorrect address, or inability to contact the customer, TrueMed Pharmacy may charge additional delivery, cancellation, or restocking fees where applicable.
